Sojourner's Ramblings

Oh...the pressure of a title. For now I'll settle on this one - Sojourner's Ramblings. Webster's says a sojourn is a 'temporary stay'. Personify it and a sojourner is a temporary stayer. Ever feel a little nomadic but yet you never move to any new and exciting places? I'm thirty-(cough cough) years old and have never felt settled in. And ya know?...as much of a drag as that is sometimes, I think I'm finally coming to grips with the fact that being a sojourner is truly a good thing.

I'm A Proud Aunt

My Eli probably really gets annoyed when I show off his one and only trick. My dog is a biscuit-freak so it's a pretty good accomplishment for him to be able to balance one on his nose for an indefinite amount of time...until I give him the ok to eat it. Of couse you have to be careful where you do it because the drool just pours out of his mouth.

For some reason my neice, Katie, and my nephew, Jacob, (I guess that makes them Eli's first cousins..hehee...) decided he needed to prove they was as talented as Eli...I'm so proud!! :)
